Tips for Enjoying the

Spring Release Wines

As the spring wines begin finding their place in your cellar, we’re excited for you to experience how they evolve over time. We’ve put together a guide to help you enjoy them at their best, whether you choose to open them now or cellar them for the future.

The 2023 reds - Hoc, Muze, and Reflet - are built to age, ideally five years or more, allowing their structure and depth to fully unfold. At the very least, we recommend giving them a few months to settle before opening so they can come into better balance.

The 2025 Contrast and L'Essor offer a different perspective. While both can evolve with time, especially the Contrast, they are equally compelling now for their freshness and vibrancy. If you choose to open any of the wines in the next few years, a bit of thoughtful preparation can make all the difference.
