Wine Tasting
Join us in our Tin City tasting room for a private, seated tasting as your host guides you through a curated flight of limited-production wines shaped by our French roots and the character of Paso Robles terroir. Along the way, discover the blends, stories, and winemaking philosophies that define BENOM.
What to Expect:
- A tasting flight featuring a rosé, three reds, and a white.
- Limited-production and member-only wines.
- A 90-minute, seated tasting, guided one-on-one by a dedicated host.
- $50 per guest, complimentary for members based on membership level.

Continuum Tasting
Experience BENOM through the years with a private tasting centered around some of our most special library wines. This is a rare opportunity to taste multiple vintages side by side and discover how the nuances of each growing season are reflected in the wines.
Guided by a dedicated host, you’ll explore the story behind each vintage, from the conditions in the vineyard and decisions made during harvest to the evolution of the final blends over time. Designed for those looking to go a little deeper, this experience offers a unique look at the history, evolution, and winemaking behind BENOM.

- A flight of wines including six library reds and a white.
- Rare library releases and member-only wines.
- A private 2-hour, seated tasting, guided by a dedicated host.
- $110 per guest, $70 for members.
