Wine Club & Memberships

  1. By joining, you agree to purchase an allocation right away. Subsequent allocations will automatically be charged the following spring or fall season (dependent on membership level) until a cancellation notification has been made.
  2. By joining, you agree to allow BENOM Wines to send you emails and texts using the email address and phone number on your profile.
  3. Each allocation is completely customizable during the communicated customization period by logging into your account. If you do not customize within the specified period, you agree to the default allocation set by BENOM.
  4. As a member, you agree to allow BENOM to automatically charge your card on file. If there are changes to this card, you must notify BENOM prior to the end of the customization period or log in to adjust your card details in your profile.
  5. You are allowed to skip at most two club shipments or place your account on hold for six months and up to a year at most twice. You must receive two allocations after signing up before skipping any shipments.
  6. Two consectuive card declines on club shipments will result in a club cancellation. More than two consecutive skips on club shipments will also result in a club cancellation.
  7. By joining, you agree to take at least two club shipments before canceling your membership. All cancellations must be made by email to info@benomwines.com before the end of the customization period. Any earlier cancellations will be charged the cost of all waived tastings received during their membership.
  8. We are not always able to refund or alter a club order after the specified customization period once the order is charged. Please notify us of any shipping address changes, ship date changes, or club cancellations within the customization period. Please also notify us if you prefer your club order to be shipped or picked up within this time.

Shipping

  1. BENOM is permitted to ship wines in all 50 United States and the district of Columbia except AR, MS, and UT. We cannot ship to Puerto Rico or other US territories.
  2. State law requires the signature of a person aged 21 or over to receive the package. You are responsible for any fees incurred for reroutes or re-shipping returned packages.
