- Spray a 9 by 11 baking dish. Add the diced brioche with parmesan and thyme. Sprinkle the dried cherries over the top.
- Bring the milk and cream to a simmer. Whisk the eggs and sugar together. Slowly whisk the milk slowly into the eggs and pour the mixture over the brioche. Top with fromage blanc.
- Cover with foil and bake for 45 min in an oven heated to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a mixer, whisk all ingredients together until soft peaks form.
- Let cool for a ½ hour cut into squares, and top with whipped mascarpone and Turkish coffee dust.
