Our Corks

We made a switch to Diam corks starting with the 2022 vintage of white and rosé and the 2021 vintage of reds. This change is pivotal to our brand's commitment to eco-friendly practices, ensuring the sustainability of our land and wine for future generations, all while maintaining exceptional quality. Diam's advanced cork technology guarantees flawless aging, eliminating concerns about cork taint in our bottles. Here are some of the key reasons behind our choice to use Diam corks.

Why We Use Diam Corks

Bio-Sourced

Diam corks are bio-sourced and made from 100% natural cork and beeswax and 100% bio-based polyol. The beeswax makes the cork watertight and protects the cork's elasticity.

Eco-Friendly

The corks are created as an eco-friendly product leaving behind a smaller carbon footprint. Diam uses sustainable practices and natural ingredients that are renewable sources.

Perfect Aging

Diam's patented process and sensory security guarantee zero cork taint and perfect consistency in aging while eliminating premature oxidization.
