A bright and aromatic red wine, Le Vingt 2020’s nose is bursting with red fruits. Roasted cacao nibs and a splash of pomegranate play with notes of fresh cracked pepper before diving into crisp, ripe berries. On the palate, this GSM+ brings bright minerality with red currant and tart red berry. A hint of orange shrub and orgeat emerges before a lingering and refined finish.

Food Pairing

Blue Cheese Stuffed Fruit Leather

The perfect pairing for Le Vingt is Blue Cheese Stuffed Fruit Leather. Blue cheese-filled fruit leather serves as a delectable appetizer or dessert, making an excellent addition to a charcuterie board, a fitting dish for a dinner party, or a standalone treat for a cozy night in. Le Vingt is elevated by the combination of sweet and savory notes from the blue cheese fruit leather, while the fruity elements highlight the soft red fruit flavors in the wine. The tannins and structure of the wine stand up to the boldness of the blue cheese, resulting in a well-rounded and harmonious pairing.
