LES DEUX FRERES
The second wine the brothers dreamt up for BENOM, Les Deux Frères (“The Two Brothers”) was created with pleasure in mind. A combination of Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Tempranillo, this wine is inspired by France and Spain with a Paso Robles twist.
THE STRUCTURE
Les Deux Frères is our unique interpretation of what Paso Robles’ terroir has to offer. By blending the beautiful characteristics of both Old World style and Paso Robles personality, this wine is focused on purity and pleasure. Grenache brings brightness with earth and minerality, while the Cabernet Sauvignon and Tempranillo bring darkness, spice, and tannin structure. In its youth, Les Deux Frères has an expressive structure and darker red fruits, but with age, the spices and tannins will soften to a warm rich wine characterized by a long finish.
