2019
MUZE
The Fabre Brothers were inspired to create this wine after tasting a wine called Clio from the Jumilla appellation in Spain – one very similar to Paso Robles.
THE STRUCTURE
Poetically named Muze in honor of the wine’s inspiration, the Clio red blend, her Spanish roots come from the Mourvèdre known as Mataro or Monastrell in Spain. Full-bodied and powerful this blend combines a classic Bordeaux style of Cabernet Sauvignon creating a showstopping wine with nuances of deep earthy structure, opulent fruit, and a seamless finish. The cool climate Syrah compliments the blend by bringing beautiful freshness and a hint of spice. Muze is a mesmerizing wine with a rich, elegant body and soulful notes.

Tasting Notes
On the nose, the 2019 Muze has an ostentatious mingling of spices: a pinch of cloves melds with ripe red berries and dried plums. Cool climate Syrah entices with its deep bouquet while the intriguing mushroom notes of Mourvèdre cascade to damp earth and the rich complexity of Cabernet Sauvignon. Mouthwatering minerality quickly turns into richer earth and spice flavors before crowning with lighter notes of burnt orange peel and anise, reminiscent of Grand Marnier. Time will only increase the captivating nature of this wine.
